The thing that Magnolia Custom Pools did, certainly beyond the norm, was to stay in touch with me and communicate with me as the pool was under construction. That kept the process moving along fairly quickly. The communication was the best I've had. I'm the one that probably appreciates the quality more because I see it day in and day out. When we have friends over they really comment on the beauty of it. I basically sketched out the design for their team and they gave me some very good pointers as to how to slightly alter the design so it worked better, but they were also very amenable to the ideas that I had. So happy I went with Magnolia Custom Pools. The backyard of my new house was awful. Doug not only worked with me on pool design but ultimately helped me remodel the whole thing. I appreciated, as a single mom, that they offered contractor suggestions to do the extras not covered under the contract. They coordinated everything between everyone. It was a dream compared to so many of my friends experiences. Of course, there were hiccups (electrical lines run through the yard!) but they handled everything with a calm and an ease that made everything so manageable. I also put in a basketball court, french doors from my bedroom where windows used to be, and installed a covered patio. No way I would have done this with anyone else. I’ve recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so. We LOVE our backyard!
